Return policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Veyranook via veyranook.com.

Return eligibility window: You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your goods. All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with original tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, stain, damage caused by customer use cannot be accepted for return.

Non‑returnable items: Certain clearance goods, personalized items are non‑returnable, which will be marked on corresponding product pages.

How to submit return request: Please send email to sales@veyranook.com with your order number, item information and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions within 2‑4 business days. Do not send items back without obtaining pre‑approval from our support team.

Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is caused by our error: defective product, wrong item shipped or significant item mismatch. Shipping fees from original order are non‑refundable.

Refund process: Once we receive and inspect your returned goods and confirm eligibility, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will go back to your original payment method. Please allow extra bank processing time for funds to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for different size or style, please submit return request and place a brand‑new order for your desired item.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive defective or damaged goods, kindly attach clear photos showing defects and outer package within 7 days after receiving your package. We will evaluate and arrange suitable solution including partial refund, full refund or replacement.

You hold the right to cancel your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
